South Ribble Borough Council NOTICE OF ELECTION Election of Parish Councillors To be held on Thursday, 4 May 2023 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT 1. Elections are to be held for under mentioned South Ribble Parish Councils 2. The number of Parish Councillors to be elected is: LITTLE HOOLE 7 MUCH HOOLE 8 SAMLESBURY & CUERDALE 9 3. Nomination papers may be obtained, during normal office hours, from the Returning Officer, at the address shown below. 4. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Office, at the address shown below, on any day working day between 10am and 4pm (excluding bank holidays and weekends) but no later than 4pm on Tuesday, 4 April 2023 5. If any election is contested, the poll will take place on Thursday, 4 May 2023 between the hours of 7:00am and 10.00pm. 6. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, at the address shown below, by 12 midnight on Monday, 17 April 2023. Applications can be made online at: https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote 7. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes much reach the Electoral Registration Officer ,at the address shown below, by 5pm on Tuesday, 18 April 2023. 8. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate or an Anonymous Elector’s Document valid for this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, at the address shown below, by 5pm on Tuesday, 25 April 2023. 9. Applications to vote by proxy at these elections must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, at the address shown below, by 5pm on Tuesday, 25 April 2023. 10. Applications to vote by emergency proxy at these elections must reach the Electoral Registration Officer, at the address shown below, by 5pm on Thursday, 4 May 2023.
